ENERGY WORK
Reiki, in the room or across the world.
Reiki is non-intrusive, non-manipulative and it does not diagnose. During a Reiki treatment, you remain fully clothed and lie on a massage couch, covered with a blanket. A treatment takes about 1 hour. I will work with hands on (just a simple gentle touch, the hand resting lightly) and/or off (raised about an inch or two above) the body.

WHAT TO EXPECT
An hour to restore your body’s capacity to heal itself.
We begin with a short conversation about your health, lifestyle, and goals before the energy-healing session.
Most clients experience a profound sense of relaxation unlike anything they've felt before. Many drift into a peaceful sleep during the session and awaken feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Some also report moments of mental clarity, personal insight, and an uplifted emotional state.
Distant sessions follow the same shape. Energy is not limited by geography, and many clients find remote work even deeper because they are already at home.
THE BENEFITS OF REIKI
You don't need to be unwell to enjoy Reiki.
Reiki is a gentle, holistic practice that supports relaxation and a sense of balance across body, mind, and spirit.
Many clients find Reiki a soothing complement to their overall self-care routine, offering a space to rest, unwind, and reconnect with a sense of calm. It's often used alongside (not in place of) conventional medical care, and many people find it a supportive part of their wellness journey during times of physical or emotional strain.
Clients frequently describe feeling more settled and at ease after a session, with a greater sense of calm and an improved ability to navigate everyday stress. Reiki is also valued by many as a gentle support for emotional wellbeing, offering a space to feel more grounded and centred.
On a spiritual level, clients often speak of a renewed sense of purpose, along with feelings of contentment, fulfilment, and overall wellbeing. A deeper sense of mindfulness and presence is a welcome and frequently reported outcome of the practice.
